Ethnography propsel
I'll be writing in my Ethnography about what happens at a rehearsal at my old high school drama club. The Ideas I'm going to write about is what happens on the stage during practice. What is it like for the members back stage during the rehearsal. The last part I'll talk about what do they when they are having a break, or warping up a night of singing and dancing. Hope that you approved of this from Colin.

Rough Draft
In this memoir, I will give you my full personal experience in the band during high school. There is a reason why these memoirs are considered to be special to me. There are many personal memoirs that are very special? For example the music companions that I went with the band across the country. Another was what happen mostly happen every day in band class. The last and most precious memoirs to me is the great people that I knew that are now my best friends Now I’ll take you back into my personal memoirs from when I was in the high school band.
Every year in the band we planned to go on a trip and preform in a music festival. For two of the trips, we all had to be at the school at 5:30 in the morning in the freezing cold. Whenever the bus came, some of us cheered as the bus drove down over to us. During the bus ride one year to Washington D.C, I remembered all of us on the bus laughing hysterical at a movie we were watching. The movie was making fun of a really bad film, and we joked about it after it was over. After dinner we all went to the pool at the hotel before lock in. For your information, lock in was when we were in our rooms and the chaperons taped the doors. There by that’s how we are lock in our until the morning. If someone broke the tape everyone in that room would go home. A part that sticks in my head was after the performance, was changing with all the other boys on the bus into our casual clothing. When we got the national World War Two memorial on the national mall, as we were boarding the bus to go to the Lincoln memorial the chaperons found out that we were one kid less. The crazy part was the missing person was in my group and my chaperon was freaking out. When we found him, I think that he got confused and that all of us were walking there . The nest year was to New York City, and it was our first night there. We just saw the Broadway show Jersey Boys, later in the trip mostly everyone was singing songs from the show. Another part of the New York trip I thought the best part was when we had time before the show to walk around time square. The store that I went to that was awesome was the M&M store.During three out of the four trips, whenever we went for dinner we told the restaurant that it was our music teacher Mr. Young birthday. This band tradition started when my sister was in high school. That was when Mr.Young stared to teach at the High school. These are some of my favorite memoirs of high school band trips.
During band class, there were some memorable times I had in that room with my classmates. One of them was that happen mostly every class. When it was time to pack up, but Mr.Young would still make us play. Sometimes when this happened we miss the bell to the next class. Then he had to call the main office to tell that we were coming late. Another memory was whenever it was somebody’s birthday in the band. We would all sing happy birthday to then, and my best friend Tim would play it on his trumpet. I really remember the times when we had to go outside and practice our songs for the parades, and it was really cold to march too. Whenever Mr.young was out sick, Tim would be in charge and we would do our music. He had use do it because he could trust us. I remember who all us work together so would sound our best. Now one of the last memory from the band room is when we would do deep breathing exercises at the beginning of class. Sometimes I had to catch my breath because it had hard for me to hold it in. These are my personal memoirs from the band room.
The best memoirs that are most remunerable to me is the friends I made in those four great years. Outside the band room, I had some friends but I was kind of shy around my other classmates. If I ever had a bad before band, people were there for me to comfort, and cheer me up. Another example of the friends that I made in band was, for example some of us would hang out it we had a half day of school. I think one person who became one of my best friends was someone named Tim Desroches. He was a good friend because he was always nice to me, and he would help me with my music learning with my trumpet. This fiend from my early years in band a good person, and the funny guy of the class. His was DJ Cory, one time he played his trombone on a table during practice to be funny. Another person who has also become a great friend for in was someone named Kathleen Hammond. She was a good friend because, she was always happy to see me ,and was nice to everyone else in the band. This is how I made the best of friends in band. Even though we were all friends, we all considered ourselves family.
Now I’ve given you the memoirs about my life in the high school band. The stories of laughter and fun with my friends of the band in those four years. What was it like to be in the band room when we had practice. The great moment of when I was on band trips. How I made the greatest friends in there that I’ll remember for the rest of my life. These are the different memoirs that I had preserved from high school band forever. I hope someday I can relive these memory’s again later in life.

Killing chickens summary
In this story, the writer tells how she killed chickens that her family had when she was younger. At the beginning of the story she tells how she had to hold down the chicken when head was removed. On the day of her birthday at the breakfast table she and her husband told her three children they are going to get a divorce.Later on in they story when she was working outside she forgot to make a cake , so she rushed back in the kitchen to make it with her children. I think that a birthday was thing to get her mind off the divorce. A part I found to be very sad was when her son Alex ask If their dad will be home for his mom birthday. Then how she responds would make anyone fell sad was "I don't know my love". Now one the last part of the story that I like was at the end. The scene was that she was going to turn the gardens into a dump. I think that means that she will kill some chickens tomorrow.

Reading post 1
Charles Dickens Inner Child In this article ,I read about the famous victorian writer Charles Dickens. I learned some interesting information that I didn't know about Dickens. I found that he made many mistakes during his childhood. Since 1991 their hasn't been anything new about Dickens until new information popped out of the blue. In a letter from 1878 Fydor Dostoyevsky wrote a letter telling about he time he got interview Charles Dickens in 1862. In that letter Dostoyevsky told how Dickens revealed his greatest mistakes in his writing career. Charles Dickens told him that he based his villains on himself. He said that he regreted later in life that he did this for his books.
When it came to the interesting points in this article there are many of them. For example, that it told something to the reader. I didn't know he had another lover during his life. Another point that really was interesting was when I found out how he got his ideas for his villains for the novels. He said that he wish never wanted the villains to be based of himself , I felt kind of sorry that he had to deal with it after he had that interview. I thought that he got his villain ideas from people that criticized his works when he first started to write books. Now one of the last interesting points in the article, it was at the beginning of the article, when it told nothing came up about him until that interview. I thought that he would be one of those great writer who would have something come up every fifty years. Those are points I found to be very interesting in the article about Charles Dickens.
There were some few things about the style of writing in the story. He wrote as if he just he read to letter himself and he had the note in hand. The style was also like if he was writing a memoir of him interviewing him in real life, and that was back in 1862 .Those are my thoughts and interests of the article Charles Dickens Inner Child, and the secrets revealed in it. I hope you can read about it sometime , I would really recommant to anyone who likes Charles Dickens.

Rhetorical Analasis
In this rhetorical analais essay, I’ll tell you about a famous movie poster. This movie is the called The Forbidden Planet. I’ll tell how ; they deliver the message on the movie poster Who is the movie poster is targeted at to see this in the theaters, and How the entire poster appeals to a logical emotions that the target audience has. Will this affect the for the people when they go see this themselves. Now I’ll give the full summary on this vintage movie poster ,and how it gets the message across and why they had showed in movies houses.
They deliver this message on this poster by showing many different details. The message of this poster is that this is an science fiction movie, and the poster urges that you should go see it. Another part of the advertisement is that it could be a classic for years to come in movie theater history. I think this would probably be hanging in front of the theater , and sometimes they would show a sneak peak during the coming attractions. That’s how this vintage movie poster shows it’s true message to anyone who sees the poster.
The people that this movie is targeting are many different kinds of people. One of the first groups are probably the ones who enjoy something science fiction. Another kind are the one who like seeing beautiful women being captured by an alien robot, or some villain or creature. Remember King Kong ? The logical emotions with this poster are the poster itself . By looking at it ,you can say that it can be a romantic adventure film. If it’s a romantic there probably is the strong man who will save her from the robot in the end. Now the last target emotions it has is it can be a movie for the whole family if they go see the film. That’s how the vintage poster targets its right audience , and it’s logical emotions along with it.
These are the ways movie posters have sent audience for decades.

Dear Professor Papas:
I have will state a the reasons why I believe that the arts is the theme for myself this semester. One of main reasons is that I have the experience from when I was younger. When I was in high school I played the trumpet in band. Another experience that I have in this area is I've been to museums, and the theater too. During the fours years in high school concert band , all the students including myself in the music classes preformed in competitions in different places across the country. I made the greatest friends in these classes because of band class.
